Service terms for Property Motion Studio.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Molnár Milán Dániel E.V., trading as Property Motion Studio, with registered office at 3324 Felsőtárkány, Kossuth Lajos utca 38/2/3a, tax number 91899637-1-30, registration number 62077734, and email address info@propertymotionstudio.com.

These terms cover property videos produced from existing photographs, related creative services, and custom or recurring video production. Services are available to businesses and consumers.

2. Enquiries and contract formation

Submitting the website form is an enquiry only. It does not place an order or create a payment obligation. After reviewing the materials, the provider sends a written offer specifying the service, total gross or net price, formats, delivery deadline, and included revision rounds.

A contract is formed when the customer expressly accepts the offer by email or another written durable medium. Where an accepted offer differs from these terms, the accepted offer takes precedence.

3. Service and customer responsibilities

The customer supplies suitable photos, videos, property facts, brand assets, and approvals. The customer warrants that they are entitled to provide the materials and authorize their use.

Based on the approved creative plan and package, the provider performs image selection, animation, editing, captioning, music fitting, quality control, and export. Visual animation must not misleadingly alter the property’s actual characteristics.

4. Prices, invoicing, and payment

Payment is made exclusively in HUF by bank transfer. For a one-off package, the full fee is payable in advance after material approval and acceptance of the offer. A custom or monthly offer may set a different schedule; otherwise the monthly fee is payable in advance.

The provider issues electronic invoices through Billingo. The payment deadline is eight days from invoice issuance. Production starts after payment and after all required materials and approvals are available.

The provider is exempt from charging VAT under the Hungarian small-business VAT exemption (AAM), so the displayed prices and quoted fees do not include VAT. For consumers, the offer always states the total amount actually payable, including all mandatory charges.

5. Delivery time and acceptance

The advertised 48–72 hour turnaround is a typical indicative period beginning only when payment, complete materials, property facts, and all required decisions have been received. The binding deadline is stated in the offer.

Delivery takes place by download link or another agreed electronic channel. The customer must review the work within a reasonable period and identify any defect or revision request precisely.

6. Revisions

The package fee includes the number of revision rounds stated in the offer. One round means requests submitted together on one occasion and remaining within the original brief. A new creative direction, replaced source material, subsequently changed property facts, or extra formats may incur an additional fee.

7. Cancellation and refunds

If the customer cancels before production begins, amounts paid are refunded except for documented external costs already incurred. If a business customer cancels after production begins, 50% of the fee becomes payable as a cancellation fee; where the documented completed work and committed external costs are greater, the proportionate completed amount may be charged up to the total contract price.

For consumers, this clause does not restrict mandatory withdrawal or termination rights. During the statutory withdrawal period, only the proportionate amount for services actually supplied after the consumer expressly requested early performance may be charged.

No cancellation fee applies where cancellation results from the provider’s demonstrable material breach, and any amount paid for services not performed is refunded.

8. Consumer withdrawal and early performance

A consumer may withdraw from a distance service contract without giving reasons within 14 days after conclusion, or terminate it after performance has begun. A clear statement may be sent to the provider’s email address.

To start production before the 14-day period expires, the consumer must expressly request this on a durable medium. On termination, the consumer pays the proportionate price of services supplied before notice. The right is lost after full performance only where performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment.

Model statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from/terminate the service contract identified by [offer or contract reference]. Name: [name], address: [address], date: [date].” Send it to info@propertymotionstudio.com.

9. Late payment

For late payment, the provider may charge statutory default interest and suspend production, delivery, and the grant of usage rights until payment. For business-to-business transactions, the statutory recovery-cost flat fee equivalent to EUR 40 may also be claimed.

10. Usage rights and portfolio use

After full payment, the customer may use the final video through the channels and for the purposes stated in the offer. Source and project files are included only where separately agreed.

The provider may use a project on its website, social channels, advertising, or portfolio only with separate written permission specifying the channels, duration, right to edit, and any withdrawal terms.

11. Defective performance, complaints, and liability

Complaints may be submitted to info@propertymotionstudio.com. Consumer complaints are investigated and answered in accordance with mandatory Hungarian consumer law. The provider is not responsible for incorrect customer-supplied facts, unlawfully supplied materials, platform-rule changes, or delays caused by incomplete customer cooperation.

No limitation applies to intentionally caused damage, breach causing harm to life, physical integrity, or health, or where limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

Hungarian law governs the contract. The parties first seek an amicable resolution. Consumers may contact the conciliation body competent for their residence or place of stay, or for the provider’s registered office.

The conciliation body competent for the provider’s registered office is the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Conciliation Board: 3525 Miskolc, Szentpáli u. 1.; postal address: 3501 Miskolc, Pf. 376.; telephone: +36 46 501 091 (new cases), +36 46 501 871 (pending cases); email: bekeltetes@bokik.hu; website: https://bekeltetes.borsodmegye.hu. A consumer may also request an in-person hearing in Eger within the region. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
